Terms and Conditions

Delivery
Your order will be dispatched by FEDEX international courier. You will receive the delivery within 3 to 4 weeks approximately at your residence once money transfer is done. There may be a little delay in the delivery occassionally depending upon the workload. Therefore, we would request you to kindly bear with us in such circumstances. The customer will receive an instant confirmation with the tracking number after dispatching his order.

Refund
Under no circumstances there will be a refund given as there are many restrictions by Reserve Bank of India (which has the controll over all other banks in India) to send the money abroad.

Damage
The packing is done in such a way that the customer receives it very safely at his residence. Additionally, we paste "Fragile - Handle with care" stickers on the packing for the safe transportation. So, generally no damage occurs.

Insurance cost is already included in the price. A customer must check everything at the time of delivery before he signs the papers of FEDEX. In case of damage, he has to report immediately to the FEDEX staff at the time of receiving the delivery. That will help us to make a claim from an insurance company. In such cases, FEDEX may take back the damaged item from the parcel. Please note that only damaged item will be dispatched later at no extra costs only if the customer reports the damage to the FEDEX staff at the time of delivery. If reported later, a complaint may not be entertained by FEDEX or by us.

Duties & Taxes
The customer may / may not have to pay any custom duty or other taxes depending on his country's policies and invoice amount. Please note that it is not possible to undervalue the invoice to avoid your duties which is illegal.
